The 1,000+ lb Club: Beyond the Standard

The "1,000+ lb Club" takes the classic strength challenge and elevates it. This program is laser-focused on mastering the Big Three lifts—Squat, Deadlift, and Bench Press—with the ultimate goal of achieving a combined one-rep max (1RM) of over 1,000 pounds in a single, designated workout session.
